NOBILITUS is an AI-powered pet portrait service operated by fabietti.xyz. We transform your pet photos into artistic portraits using artificial intelligence technology. We also offer physical prints of these portraits through our print-on-demand partners.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
4. Uploaded Content
By uploading photos to NOBILITUS, you represent that:
- You own or have the right to use the images
- The images do not violate any third-party rights
- The content is appropriate and does not contain harmful material
You retain ownership of your original photos. You grant us a license to use your uploaded images solely for the purpose of generating your portraits.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your selected currency at checkout. Digital portraits are non-refundable once generated. For physical prints, please refer to our shipping and returns policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The generated portraits are created for your personal use. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. The NOBILITUS brand, logo, and platform design remain our exclusive property.
7. Limitation of Liability
NOBILITUS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
